Delete your account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email contact@whatsthescore.app from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, sign-in link)
• Your scan history, favorites, points, badges and referral code
• Your Sage usage and notification token on the device you delete from

What is kept

• Product corrections and label photos you contributed stay in the shared product catalog, with your name and account removed.
• Purchase and donation records, where they exist, are kept for accounting and are no longer linked to you.
